Health Care Professional: A Health Care Professional (hereinafter referred to as HCP) shall mean any medical practitioner, practising in Allopathy, Homeopathy, Unani, Ayurveda or any other recognised health care profession.

Terms of Use: Agreement (to be used interchangeably)

Third-party: Third party means our partners those are aligned with us to provide the services.

For the Purposes of this clause the terms “We” (shall refer to the Unaffected Healthcare) and the term “you” (shall refer to the User).
Enforcement:

The Terms of Use, as herein stated and as modified/amended/changed by the App from time to time, shall be legally binding and enforceable on all the Parties.
Nature of Services & Limitations:

No Doctor & Patient Between Us:

We do not practice medicine and do not provide any kind of doctor consultations. We have built a technology platform and connected it with our partners that will provide health-related services.

By using our platform our users can connect with the doctor and consult them about their health issues. All doctors are belonged to our partners site and have signed that they are qualified to provide the services under India law of medicinal practices.

While we make reasonable enquiries to confirm the veracity of this representation made to us by the medical practitioners, we shall not be responsible for any misrepresentation or fraud in this regard. We do not recommend or endorse any medical practitioners or make any representations or warranties with respect to the quality of the medical services a medical practitioner may provide to you.

The use of the Service does not create a doctor/patient relationship between you and us. All medical consultation shall be provided to you by the concerned medical practitioner directly and as such, the medical practitioner you consult with shall be solely responsible for compliance with all requirements applicable to his or her professional services provided to you and liable to you for all medical consultation, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommended or provided to you. We shall not be responsible or liable for any defect or deficiency in the medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment recommended to you by any medical practitioner.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the results of any Self – Assessment Tests made available as part the Service. These tests are solely for information purposes to suggest probable risks to users having a particular health issue and the results of the tests do not constitute a medical opinion or diagnosis. You should consult a medical professional before acting on the results of any such tests.

We at Unaffected healthcare has no direct tie-up with any lab, doctor, pharmacy, dietician and day care surgery and hospital. We have designed a technology platform that will divert you to our partners panel to avail the services.

Not for medical emergency:

The services we are providing are not for medical emergencies. We recommend you must seek medical advice from your physician based on your need and especially in an emergency.

We never recommend anyone to replace your primary care physician.

Please seek the advice from your Primary care physician in case of emergency and need.
No sale or offer to sell drugs/ Medicine:

We do not sell any medicines directly. Instead, we partner with trusted third-party websites to provide you with these services. When you order medicines through our platform, please note that the order and delivery process is handled by our partners.

In the rare event of an incorrect or short delivery, we kindly ask that you reach out to the customer support team using the contact number provided on the website. Since we are not directly involved in the sale of medicines, so we can only help you to solve your issues.
No diagnostic test conduct by us

Please note that we do not conduct lab tests directly through an in-house team or diagnostic facility. Instead, we collaborate with trusted partners who are affiliated with certified diagnostic labs. When you book a test through our platform, you will be redirected to our partner's site where you can complete the booking and payment for the test.

All of our diagnostic partners are NABL accredited, and we prioritize quality and accuracy in the results. However, since the tests are conducted by external partners, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in the lab test results but we are always here to solve your problem, escalate the issues to partners and provide you the correct medical results.

Health record

At this time, we do not store any health records on our website. Any doctor prescriptions, medicine orders, diet charts, or lab reports are uploaded to our partner platform, which you use to book and access services. While we are not responsible for any loss of records, please know that we are always here to help you resolve any issues you may encounter.

Day care surgery

We have a tie up with third party that deals in day care surgery. We don’t have any direct touch with day care services. To avail this service user will route from our platform to our partner’s platform. User can consult with their representatives regarding the concern but The use of the Service does not create a doctor/patient relationship between you and us.

No cost EMI depends on your cibil score and our partners. We don’t have any connection in between this.

Use of services:

Using our services mean that you are agree with our terms of use.

Without prejudice to the above, you agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:
- belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to;
- is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
- harm minors in any way;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
- violates any law for the time being in force;
- deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
- impersonates another person;
- contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
- You are solely responsible for all information you transmit or share using the Communication Tools and we are not obliged to monitor the same. However, we reserve the right to review any information or materials you share using the Communication Tools and to remove (without notice to you) any information or materials that we find, in our sole discretion, violates any applicable law or these Terms.
User communication:

You will receive all notification related to your orders, promotions & subscription through whats app, mails and direct message. You may receive notifications related to healthcare services from our partners through whats app, mails and direct message.

Fair Usage Policy

We reserves the right to limit, suspend, disable or discontinue your Service in the event of misuse of service for not intended purpose and in case your membership gets expired, or your provider doesn’t make the payment.

User can reach us by the given number on the website to speak about their services.

User can mail us for any query, complaint, feedback, and any concern that he wants to share.

Payment for services.

You will be required to make payments for certain services. If you encounter any payment issues or disputes, we recommend reaching out to the service provider directly using the contact details provided on our platform, or you can email us for assistance. Please note that we do not handle payments, except for membership subscriptions, annual health check-ups, and insurance. If your payment is not reflected correctly, please contact the provider's support team first.

If needed, we can assist by sharing the provider's contact details and escalating the issue on your behalf.

We do not store any payment information, including but not limited to credit card, debit card, or net banking details.
